I've always been drawn to the ways we're shaped by our relationships—with one another, with our communities, and with the world around us. The connections we build—with partners, siblings, close friends, collaborators, and ourselves—become the places where we learn about love, belonging, grief, identity, and care.
Like any living ecosystem, relationships change over time. Sometimes they flourish. Sometimes they become stuck in patterns that once helped us survive but no longer help us feel connected. My work is about slowing down enough to understand those patterns with curiosity rather than blame, creating space for relationships that feel more intentional, connected, and grounded.
